Outdoor Fitness, or their franchisees are entities that will be referred to for the purposes of this Privacy Policy as “Outdoor Fitness. However, for the purposes of applying this Privacy Policy or any applicable law or regulation, said entities shall be independent of each other and each shall not be binding on the other entities. Thus, when this Policy refers to “Outdoor Fitness”, it may mean Outdoor Fitness and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries and franchisees, as well as their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, principals, representatives, successors and assigns.

Outdoor Fitness limits the collection of Personal Data to that which is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Outdoor Fitness collects, uses and communicates your Personal Data solely for the purpose of providing you with the services for which you have registered, including requests concerning Outdoor Fitness products and activities.
